Join the Exchange in collaboration with Children’s Home Society of America and the Wicked Problems Institute for an exploration of how organizations can truly support and value intersectional professionals – those who bring both lived experience and professional expertise to the systems they now work within.
Our panel will discuss how to create a working environment that encourages and supports intersectional professionals to authentically and impactfully use their lived experience to bolster programs, organizations, and the lives of those we serve.
