Description:

The health screening satisfies the health check component, one of the three requirements, to earn the $150 Well Wisconsin gift card.

The health screenings are only for employees and their spouses and you must bring your health insurance ID card.

Additional Activities:

• Attend one of two presentations “Biometrics Know Your Numbers” to learn more about biometric screening results and gain tips for lifestyle improvements, in the Student Union, Room E280, at 10:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.
• Take a “Paws” and visit with a Therapy Dog in the Student Union, Room E280, at 11:00 A.M. and Noon.
