Representatives from all graduate programs in the College of Community Engagement & Professions—including the School of Education, the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare, and the School of Information Studies—will be present and ready to answer your questions!

What to Expect at the Open House

Join us at the UWM Student Union for the Graduate School Open House. This is your chance to:

• Explore over 150 master’s, doctoral, and graduate certificate programs at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (UWM).
• Connect directly with faculty, staff, and current graduate students to learn what makes UWM’s programs unique.
• Learn about admissions requirements, funding opportunities, and the wide range of support services available.
• Get a feel for UWM’s campus and see how we can support your academic and professional goals.

Register for the UWM Graduate School Open House

Bonus: The UWM Graduate School will pay the application fee for prospective students who start their application between 8/15/25 and 3/31/26 and follow all instructions on the fee waiver document. This is an in-person Open House and you must physically attend to be eligible for the Graduate School to pay your application fee.
