This year we have transitioned our traditional in-person Open House to program-specific virtual events. We look forward to hosting our Graduate School Open House month with similar resources to help you understand why UWM is the best place for you to pursue your graduate degree.
If you are considering an advanced degree and trying to find the right Graduate School fit for you, please join us to meet with UWM faculty, staff, and in some cases, current graduate students from our over 135 graduate master’s, doctoral and graduate certificates—both online and on-campus—during our 8th annual Graduate School Open House. You’ll be able to obtain an overview of our programs, ask questions about the admissions process, and discover financial aid benefits that are available.
BONUS: The Graduate School will pay the application fee for all applicants who register for, and attend a virtual Open House event for their program of interest, and begin their application on or after October 19, 2020. Please see Fee Waiver Instructions for complete details.

Each Open House event is program-specific and features a welcome message from the Dean of the Graduate School and an information session from our recruiters; “How to apply to graduate school”. Following the session, you will join a presentation from your program of interest and will be able to participate in a question and answer session.
