We would like to thank Dr. Kyle Leistikow and his team for hosting the UWM RE-CHARGE program participants this week. We were very impressed by the sustainable approach to use Bacillus strains for a many important application such as waste water and landfill treatments as well as animal and human health. The biotechnology sector has exponentially grown in Wisconsin creating new job opportunities. We are proud that a former program participant has found employment at MDGBio after completing the RE-CHARGE STEM. We will continue offering this program in the coming years to enable new talent to find employment as laboratory technicians. Employers such as MDGBio are an improtant part of this program offering job perspectives to individual looking for careers in the diverse local laboratories.
