Shannon Salter

Shannon joined the Dean of Students Office at UWM in January 2026 as a Case Manager. She is a member of the Student Support Team and works closely with students who experience any number of challenging circumstances and helps connect them to resources. Prior to working at UWM, Shannon worked in Residence Life at Marquette University and Student Conduct & Title IX at Mount Mary University. Shannon holds her Master of Education from Seattle University.

While not at work, you can find Shannon crocheting, exploring nature, and enjoying a coffee shop.
