Abby Meddaugh

  • Interim Dean of Students - Conduct & Compliance, Dean of Students Office

Dr. Meddaugh directs student conduct operations within the Dean of Students Office, including Academic Misconduct and Non-Academic Misconduct processes, and co-chairs the Behavioral Intervention Team. She serves as a Title IX Deputy Coordinator for students, participates on the Title IX Working Group, and supports investigations involving alleged Title IX violations by students. Abby leads institutional compliance efforts related to the Annual Security Report (Clery Report) and Campus Security Authorities. In addition, Abby manages Panthers Vote, the university’s student voting initiative, and previously oversaw the Off-Campus Resource Center.

Abby has worked in the Dean of Students Office since 2018. Before coming to UWM, Abby worked at Carroll University as the Director of Student Conduct and Victim Services. While at Carroll University, Abby served as the Project Manager for federal and local grants, including the Violence Against Women Act- Department of Justice and Aurora Safe Campus Grant. She has worked in Residence Life at Grand Valley State University and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Abby has a doctorate in education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Abby has a master’s degree in education from Grand Valley State University.
