The Center for Celtic Studies is a community partner for “The Drummer and the Keeper”, a film being shown at the Milwaukee Film Festival. “The Drummer and the Keeper” is about a bipolar drummer in an up-and-coming Dublin rock band recovering from a recent breakdown.
