A Discussion with Sharon Marcus

Join us for a discussion with author Sharon Marcus, the Orlando Harriman Professor of English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University. This discussion is open to all faculty and students, and will center on Marcus’ new project, “The Drama of Celebrity: Imitation.” Marcus will discuss a precirculated essay, “Erich Auerbach’s Mimesis and the Value of Scale.” Those interested in getting a copy of the article should contact Sukanya Banerjee at banerjee@uwm.edu.
