Information for clinical site interviews can be found below by clinical site.
Interviews are available only to students that have been accepted in to the UWM Medical Laboratory Sciences program. For more information, email Brad at bkdepons@uwm.edu
To sign up for an interview, please select a date from the table below in order to access the online sign-up form for that date. Enter your UWM email, full name, and select an available time before hitting submit. Please sign up for only one date/time per site. These online forms are set up to only allow one student to sign up per time slot. If all times are filled, you will see “This question is no longer accepting responses” listed in the options. If there is an error and a form lets more students sign up for a date/time than is allowed, spots will be given to students in the order that they signed up.
You should try your best to schedule these outside of your normal class time. If you are unable to do this and would like to interview with a site, speak with your instructor to see if arrangements can be made for you to step out of class. Both Shahla and Dr. Hou have been made aware of the interview dates and have indicated that it will be ok for you to step out for an interview during their classes, or may switch to the other Heme lab section for the week if needed (just communicate with them if this is needed). You may complete the virtual interviews anywhere.
Virtual sign-up sheets can be viewed using the “Click here to view the virtual sign-up sheet” link under each site name. These lists can be viewed easily by you to see open slots, and to verify the day and time you’ve selected. Lists must be manually updated, so you may not see your name on the sheet immediately after signing up. For your privacy, these lists have been password protected, and the password was sent to you via email.
Interview schedules will be finalized three days prior to the scheduled interview date, so please sign up at least three days in advance. Email Brad at bkdepons@uwm.edu if you need to make changes or encounter any issues.

Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories (WDL) Interviews
Jess Carter will hold 15-20 minute interviews via phone. If you are interested in completing an interview with Wisconsin Diagnostic Labs, contact Jess via EMAIL in order to schedule a time to speak with her. It is recommended that you email from your UWM Email account.
