Mindful Walk to Riverside Park

Join the Student Health and Wellness Center and Outdoor Pursuits for a group walk and mindfulness activities!
We will meet in the circle drive of the NWQ (at the back of the building near Newport Ave.) around 3:50 pm. Our walking route will head south along the Oakleaf Trail and we’ll take a brief hammock break at Riverside Park for a mindfulness activity.
What to bring: Water bottle, Comfortable shoes, Friends!
