The Office of Sustainability prioritizes student experiential learning as a cornerstone of building a more sustainability campus. There are several ways you can support our mission and students!
- Earth Month “Go Forth & Compost” Fundraiser
- Support our food waste diversion and compost expansion program!
- With your $50 donation, you can select a student designed t-shirt as a gift.
- With your $100 donation, you can select a student designed crewneck sweatshirt as a gift.
- Complete this donation form and return it to the Office of Sustainability (full directions are on the form).
- Donate to the Sustainability Fund with the UWM Foundation
- Open year-round, you can become a sustaining donor or provide a one-time donation. Contact Lindsay Frost, Sustainability Director, at lgfrost@uwm.edu for more details.
- Donate on the UWM Foundation Website, and search “Sustainability Fund” for your designation
- Become a Sponsor of Signature Events or Signature Sustainability Programming
- Each year, the Office of Sustainability hosts a week-long Campus Sustainability Week in October and a week-long celebration for Earth Week each April. You can sponsor this events to gain visibility to sustainability-minded students.
- Additionally, the Office hosts signature programming, including our Sustainability and Resilience Ambassadors program and new student fellowships and internships focused on core sustainability themes: water, energy, transportation, waste, land stewardship, and more.
