Float Your Troubles Away
- About: Find CAB at the Lubar & Bolton Breezeways for a root beer float as we float our troubles away before finals!
- Time: 1-3pm
- Location: Lubar Breezeway
Therapy Dogs
- About: Raise your paw if you are stressed with the end of the semester approaching! Stop by to pet dogs and relax with us.
- Time: 5-7pm

Crash Course Night
- About: Do you love powerpoint nights? Have you been waiting for the opportunity to explain your wildest conspiracy to someone? Or to demonstrate how to make the perfect chocolate chip cookies? Get ready to crash the Fireside Lounge with CAB for this cozy Crash Course night where you will have the floor to share your most useless knowledge and wisdom with fellow UWM students. Oh, and don’t forget to be awesome.

Milwaukee Domes
- About: End the semester right with CAB as we hop over to the historic Milwaukee Mitchell Domes!
- Time: Registration at 12pm

De-stress, Not Distress
- About: Let’s take a break! As busy college students, experiencing stress is common. The impact of ongoing or unresolved stress can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, irritability, poor concentration, physical illness, fatigue, and sleep difficulties. In this workshop, we will discuss the stressors in our lives, reflect on the tools and strategies we currently use to cope and take care of ourselves, and explore new ways to proactively manage stress.

Sleep On It
- About: Difficulty sleeping? Daytime sleepiness? As a college student, getting quality sleep can be tough.
- Sleep is essential to academic performance, physical, and emotional health. In this workshop, you can expect to discuss the benefits of sleep, assess your own quality of sleep, learn effective sleep strategies, and design your sleep routine. You’ll be on your way to maximizing all the benefits of a good night’s sleep!

Outdoor Pursuits Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
- About: Outdoor Pursuits has joined forces with Group X to provide a stand up paddleboard yoga class in the Klotsche Center Pool! Our Group X yoga instructors will guide the class through a beginner yoga sequence. First timers and returners welcome whether you sit, stand, or kneel on the boards throughout the class!

Beach Vacation
