Carol Howard

Carol brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in early childhood education, with expertise in program quality, inclusion, and staff development.

Most recently, she served as Director of Education Quality & Inclusion at Bright Horizons, supporting quality improvement and inclusion practices across 600 early learning centers nationwide. Her career includes senior leadership roles in Milwaukee and nationally, overseeing early childhood programs, compliance, accreditation, and workforce development.

Carol holds a B.S. in Elementary Bilingual Education from Boston University and advanced training from Tufts University and the Erikson Institute. She is committed to creating a high-quality, supportive learning environment where children, families, and educators thrive.
