Sustainable Steps: A Candlelit Walk

Join Outdoor Pursuits and UWM’s Office of Sustainability for a candlelit walk through Downer Woods. First, we’ll explore the Hoop House, home of UWM’s composting project. Yes, you can even compost in February! You’ll have an opportunity to take home a Panther Pail and compost for yourself. The Hoop House is located in the wooded area on the East side of Sandburg Hall. From there, we’ll walk through Downer Woods following an illuminated path. We’ll end at Outdoor Pursuits for warm drinks!
