  • Attend Student Organization Conference Night (SOCN)
    • Thursday, September 18, 2025, Student Union (Wisconsin Room on the 2nd floor) 4:00-7:00PM
    • Optional Resource Fair 3:30-4:00PM
    • Optional SAC Grant Training 7:00-8:00pm
  • As attending is a required step in the Org Renewal process, your organization must identify at least one officer to attend this in-person event for the entire required portion (4:00-7:00pm). The event includes organization support info tables, workshops, and opportunities to meet with your organization liaison.
  • Please follow the link to the Student Organization Conference Night (SOCN) RSVP Form. We need to know the name(s) of Student Org Officer(s) attending and which organization(s) they are representing. Please complete this form by noon on Wednesday, September 17. If you submit later than this day, there may be a delay in your organization being renewed. If none of your organization officers can attend, you will have a chance to provide additional information to help us understand the issue. Note: Filling out this form is the ONLY way to access information about the make-up requirements that will be offered later in September.
