Neighborhood Cleanup: Make a Difference Day Edition

Join the Off-Campus Resource Center for our special Make a Difference Day Neighborhood Cleanup! The Make a Difference Day Neighborhood Cleanup is a volunteer event organized by UWM’s Off‑Campus Resource Center in collaboration with SET. This clean‑up invites students to help tidy areas around campus by picking up litter and improving local surroundings.

Participating in this clean‑up offers more than just a cleaner neighborhood—it helps students foster a sense of community and responsibility. Participants learn the value of a healthy environment, gain personal satisfaction from their contributions, and develop teamwork skills while collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds. The event also serves as a meaningful, extracurricular way to engage with and give back to the community.
