Intro to 3D Modeling for Jewelry
In this workshop you will be introduced to the process of designing and 3D modeling jewelry in the CAD program, Rhinoceros.
You will learn basic functions and modeling commands commonly used for making essential forms like
rings and pendants, including various approaches to making patterns. Participants will need to bring a laptop with the
program downloaded and up to date to class. Device Specifications: 64-bit Intel or AMD processor (not ARM), at least 8 GB of RAM,
and 5 GB of free disk space. If you have questions about a specific device, or need help downloading the program, please reach out to us prior to the first day!
