Join singer/songwriter Alyssia Dominguez for an interactive discussion on songwriting, 

storytelling, and creativity. Alyssia will share the stories behind her songs, talk about how her 

experiences and cultural identity influence her music, and offer a look into her songwriting 

process. Along the way, there will be opportunities for conversation, questions, and exploring 

how our own stories can inspire creative expression

Weaving her Mexican American roots into modern country music, singer-songwriter 

Alyssia Dominguez brings a fresh twist to the genre. Born and raised in Wisconsin, 

Dominguez draws inspiration from her grandmother’s musicality during her time in a 

local Tejano band, a vivid memory that continues to fuel her lifelong passion for music.
