The Assistant Vice Chancellor for Connection & Achievement is a senior administrator in Student Affairs who leads planning, implementation and assessment of strategic initiatives related to students’ personal and academic success and community engagement. The Assistant Vice Chancellor reports to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and is a member of the Vice Chancellor’s leadership team. The University relies on the Assistant Vice Chancellor to direct and supervise a team responsible for building and sustaining partnerships between UWM, prospective students, families, and community organizations. This position coordinates outreach initiatives and aligns efforts with institutional priorities to support student success from first interest through graduation.
