Student and family surveys are available in English, Spanish, Hmong, and Chinese (Mandarin).

The brief surveys on this page are designed to document the experiences of students, caregivers, and educators regarding distance-learning.

These surveys are anonymous, so we will not know who has participated. Their purpose is to document how well distance-learning is working in each district and identify ways to make it work better. The results will be available to districts in “real-time” so they can be used to improve their distance-learning system and to identify ways to better support the needs of students, caregivers, and educators.

Districts interested in this feedback should complete the request form on the right side of this page. Once a district administrator completes this form, automatic reports will be sent each Friday. These reports will include summaries of survey results for your educators, parents, and students or whoever you have asked to take the survey.
