Our Services

We achieve our mission by carrying out programs and activities that help to create a friendly campus environment that enables Southeast Asian American students to fully engage in the process of learning and discovery.

Prospective students

• Completion of required admissions steps
• Coordination of campus visits for high school students
• Help with Financial aid (FAFSA) application and verification process
• Send welcome letters to new admitted students
• Outreach to families by attending community events

Enrolled students

• Coach students on how to navigate personal and academic challenges and refer them to relevant resources
• Relay relevant information and announcement of important deadlines, university services, academic programs and activities
• Work closely with academic advisors to provide the best course of action for students
• Organize and host welcome reception for new student and returning students
• Host events to celebrate student success
• Assist with career exploration by guiding students to think beyond their undergraduate education to reach their fullest potential
• Connect students with alumni for mentoring opportunities
• Connect students to Hmong, Laotian, and Vietnamese student organizations and clubs on campus
• Encourage community engagement and service learning within the Southeast Asian American communities
