SEAASC Is Hiring!

The Southeast Asian American Student Center (SEAASC) is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to serve in a variety of roles within the office. This individual will be responsible for assisting the SEAASC staff members through daily operations and program support tasks. The individual must be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Must be a currently enrolled UW-Milwaukee undergraduate student;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good academic standing at the time of application (cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher); and
- Must have been offered and accepted Federal Work Study for the 2023-24 Federal Aid Year
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have interested and/or background in Southeast Asian American history and cultures at UWM;
- Experience in visual arts, graphic design, or social media design and management;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Effective and efficient time management and ability to multi-task;
- Demonstrated knowledge of Office 365 and ability to communicate through email in a timely manner; and
- Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn the operations and services of the Southeast Asian American Student Center and UWM
