Jessica Janiszewski is Chief Human Resources Officer at Johnson Financial Group, where she leads the organization’s people strategy and serves on the executive leadership team. She is focused on aligning talent, culture, and organizational capabilities with long-term business priorities while creating an environment where associates can be engaged, productive, and successful.

Jessica brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across financial services, private equity–backed organizations, manufacturing, and global service businesses. Throughout her career, she has built and transformed HR functions, developed scalable people practices, strengthened leadership pipelines, supported acquisitions, and guided organizations through growth and change. Before joining Johnson Financial Group, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Landmark Credit Union, leading an HR team supporting more than 1,000 employees across multiple locations.

Known for a collaborative, transparent, and people-focused leadership style, Jessica believes strong business results begin with clear communication, capable leaders, and associates who feel empowered to do their best work. She is especially passionate about talent strategy, leadership development, culture transformation, employee engagement, and building practical HR infrastructure that supports both people and business goals.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and has held the Professional in Human Resources certification since 2001. She serves on the university’s Human Resources Management Advisory Board, is a founding member of The People Collective, and is a member of the Metro Milwaukee Society for Human Resource Management chapter.
