Deborah Hoffman is a global engineering, sales, and channel development leader with a diverse career spanning aerospace, industrial automation, and electrical solutions. She has developed and led global channel strategies and partner networks across Southeast Asia, China, and Europe, with expertise in channel programs, distributor enablement, and market access.
Her international experience includes five years in Thailand. Three of these years, Deborah was a volunteer educator, establishing and teaching a mathematics curriculum at a rural vocational school. She later spent two years as Channel Sales Manager for Thailand, driving business development and channel growth across Southeast Asia.
Deborah currently works for Kohler’s Home Energy division, supporting Home Generator Dealer, Distributor, Builder, and Installer partner programs.
As a founding member of Alpha Omega Epsilon (AOE) — the first professional Engineering and Science sorority promoting women — Deborah is committed to global leadership, mentorship, and advancing women in STEM. She brings a distinctive combination of technical depth, cultural fluency, and business acumen to our Advisory Board.
Deborah holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
