Amy Warnock

Amy Warnock is currently the senior director of payments and partnerships at Northwestern Mutual (NM) where she leads the program and strategy focused on building a modernized payments platform for the Company. In her nearly ten years at NM, she’s held a variety of roles across the organization including standing up the Field Experience organization that provides strategy, insights and frameworks focused on the experience of NM’s field force of financial advisors. In addition, she held roles in Communications providing leadership and strategy to key executive leaders in the organization.

Prior to NM, Amy spent most of her career in the Twin Cities area leading communications for national sales organizations such as Macy’s (formerly Marshall Field’s) and Lifetouch, Inc. She has her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in communications and business administration and was a presenter of the Sensemaking in a Data-Driven World session at the 2019 UWM Women Leaders Conference.
