Religious Studies Conference: The Intersectionality of Religion and Global Contemporary Issues

Do you want to be published? Send a one-page abstract (approx. 300 words) with name, school, and major to Abstracts are due Friday, February 28, 2020.

We invite undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines and from any institution to submit a paper related to this year’s conference theme.

Possible topics include:

  • Ecology and environmentalism
  • Gender and sexuality
  • Interfaith organizations
  • Protest and activism
  • Medicine
  • Urban studies

Presentations will be 15 minutes in length, followed by 10 minutes of questions and answers. Papers will be published on Digital Commons.

All presenters will receive a complimentary breakfast and lunch.
