This on-call contract provides departments with a list of signage contractors for signage-related purchases.
For signage purchases of $3,500 and above, departments are required to obtain three or more quotes from the contracted vendors listed below, or an official competitive bid may be completed.
The low-dollar purchasing threshold for signage is $3,500.

Obtaining Quotes
When requesting quotes, it is recommended that departments send one email to all contracted vendors at the same time to ensure all vendors have the same information and opportunity to respond.
