Bio

Stephanie is a registered dietitian who has expertise in nutrition support, nutrition assessment and nutrition focused physical exam, digestive health, critical care, and surgical nutrition. Stephanie completed her undergraduate work at Michigan State University, and her MS and dietetic internship at Rush University Medical Center. She previously worked as a clinical dietitian at multiple academic medical centers, including Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Rush University Medical Center. Stephanie has a passion for education, and has spent her career precepting and teaching graduate students at Rush University, as well being an adjunct faculty member to graduate nutrition students at Loyola University. Stephanie focuses on experiential and simulation-based learning activities in order to prepare her nutrition and dietetics students for a wide variety of patient population
