Who is this group for:

This group is designed for adults and adolescents (separate groups) who experience:

  • Uncertainty about life goals, personal values, or what truly matters
  • Difficulty managing thoughts or unhelpful thinking patterns
  • Intense or overwhelming emotions
  • Trouble staying present or focused in the moment
  • Isolation, avoidance or reliance on ineffective coping habits
  • Challenges in relationships or communication

When:

Two separate 8-session telehealth groups will run this fall.

THRIVE is a structured, skills-based group grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—a highly effective, research supported treatment approach.
