My main area of interest is the dissemination and implementation of evidence-based psychological interventions that are culturally humble and inclusive.
I am interested in providing training and supervision in the following areas:
- Process-Based Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy for mood and anxiety disorders.
- Behavioral Activation for depression.
- Exposure and Response Prevention for anxiety disorders
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-Informed approach for transdiagnostic conditions and emotion dysregulation.
- Mindfulness-based treatment for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Other interests:
- Program development and evaluation.
- Training and supervision of culturally humble approach to psychotherapy.
- Dissemination and implementation practice.
Please Note: Dr. Puspitasari does not run a research lab or take graduate students as a primary advisor. However, students will work with her as a Director of Clinical Training, clinical supervisor, lecturer, and in some cases, as a research committee member.
