Landlords must disclose
- The name and street address of the landlord or agent the tenant is to contact for any issues during the tenancy
- Any utilities that are not included in the rent and also inform the tenant how the charges are allocated to them if there are not separate meters
- Any uncorrected municipal code violations to prospective tenants
