UWM hosted the Peace and Justice Studies Association Conference

UW-Milwaukee, in partnership with the Wisconsin Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, hosted the Peace and Justice Studies Association conference October 8-10, 2021. The conference hosted over 200in-person and online attendees with keynotes from Venice Williams from Alice’s Garden Urban Farms (Milwaukee, WI) and Dr. Adia Benton, associate professor of Anthropology and African Studies at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL).
