There are three reservable spaces in the Media & Reserve Services area. They are available to current UWM students, faculty and staff. UWM ID must be presented when using the spaces. Rooms may be reserved or used on a walk-in basis for two (2) hours at a time if not reserved by anyone else.
Reservations may be made by phone at 414-229-4673 or through the online booking forms below. Note: Anyone that is more than 15 minutes late forfeits their reservation if others are waiting.
Users are responsible for the condition of the rooms and must comply with the UWM Libraries User Rights and Responsibilities.

Recording Booth
The small room is intended for use by members of the UWM community who need to rehearse speeches, conduct online or phone interviews, record audiovisual presentations or other similar projects.

- No recording equipment is in the booth, but is available for checkout at the Media & Reserve desk
Please note, the recording booth is not soundproof.
No food or drink is allowed in the Recording Booth.

Media Viewing Room (WB12)
The room is intended for use by groups who need to use the media equipment in the room. The media viewing room is not available as a general use classroom and cannot be used for regular class meetings.

Distraction Free Room (WB48)
The room is intended for accessibility testing, accessible studying, and recording. The Distraction Free Room is not available as a group study room.
