Biographical Sketch

Hello! My name is Laura Stark and I am a Continuing Student Advisor in the College of Letters and Science. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Marquette University.\nI work with students in the College of Letters and Science from their sophomore year through graduation. I work with students to assist them in understanding their degree requirements, university policies and procedures as well as connecting students with campus resources. I also work specifically with Pre-Pharmacy students and students in the Applied Mathematics and Computer Science degree program.\nI completed a study abroad program in Peru while I was an undergraduate so I highly recommend students consider studying abroad because it was an amazing and valuable experience! I also recommend that students consider completing an internship to gain valuable experience, build a network and test out if a field is a good fit for them.
