Biographical Sketch

Hello! I am Ian McLaughlin, and I advise continuing students from their sophomore year through graduation, as well as students seeking a second undergraduate degree. I help students develop a plan to achieve their educational and career goals, as well as understand degree and major requirements, select classes, explain university policies and processes, and get connected with a variety of resources. I graduated from UWM with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master’s Degree from Purdue. Through advising students in public and private college settings, and serving as a Human Resources professional in the private sector, I can offer a unique blend of knowledge and expertise. I look forward to working with you!
