| Description: | The School/College Analytics Dashboard provides summary data related to the following topics, by school/college and for UWM as a whole: Enrollment, Retention & Graduation Rates, Student Credit Hours (SCH), DFW Rates, Completions, Faculty and Staff, and Financials. Users of this dashboard may be accessing FERPA-protected data and are therefore expected 1) only to access such data if they have a legitimate educational reason for doing so, and 2) to take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of such data, for example, redacting cell sizes less than or equal to 5 if the data will be shared outside of UWM. |

The dashboard was revised to exclude a student with this circumstance from the Fall 2021 New Transfer cohort in the "Retention & Graduation Rates" tab. 12/15/2022: Revised the method of calculating retention rates, based on input from the College of General Studies and Enrollment Management. The "Notes" tab was also updated to reflect the revised methodology. 10/20/2022: Incorporated changes made to UDDS codes from the Chart of Accounts project, which can impact the school/college/division that data in the "Faculty and Staff" and "Financials" tabs are reported with. Data that were still recorded in fiscal year 2022 with old codes associated with a school/college/division different from the new codes are reported with the old school/college/division in this dashboard. 10/18/2022: Updated the "Enrollment" and "Retention & Graduation Rates" tabs with information for Fall 2022. 10/4/2022: Updated with budget and expenditure information for 2022. 9/13/2022: Dashboard refreshed to capture additional completions from 2021-22. 7/15/2022: Updated with Completions for 2021-22. This is consistent with how retention rates are reported for the Main Campus and the methodology used for the 2030 Campus-wide Dashboard. This updated methodology was also added to the "Notes" tab. The "Completions" tab was also updated with more recent information. 7/16/2021: Updated to include student credit hours (SCH) and completions for 2020-21. "Student Assistants" and "Faculty & Staff" totals were added back to the "Faculty and Staff" tab because the data quality issues described in the note from 1/26/2021 have been resolved. 6/16/2021: Updated "Completions" section in the "Notes" tab. 1/26/2021: "Student Assistants" and "Faculty & Staff" totals were removed from the "Faculty and Staff" tab due to data quality issues that were discovered recently. The "Enrollment", "Retention & Graduation Rates", and "Completions" sections in the "Notes" tab were also updated. 1/12/2021: Updated "Faculty and Staff" section in the "Notes" tab. Rounded Faculty/Staff FTE to whole numbers to address a technical issue. 12/11/2020: Updated to include faculty/staff FTE for 2020 and reflect high school special student enrollments in the College of General Studies that were reported previously with the "Other Academic Groups/Divisions" category. |
