SOIS Alumna Karen Pundsack Publishes Trending Features Brief Essay in Public Libraries Magazine

SOIS alumna Karen Pundsack (MLIS ’13) has authored a brief essay, “Teens and Social Media: Studies Show Shift in Platforms and Preferences” in the 2018 November/December issue of Public Libraries Magazine.

In the essay, Karen compares two recent studies on teens and social media use and provides some useful takeaways for public librarians who want to serve and reach teens.

Karen is the Executive Director at Great River Regional Library in central Minnesota.
