Well-come Back: Wellbeing Event

Join us for an afternoon dedicated to helping you recharge, reconnect, and refocus for the new semester.
Stop by for a healthy snack, grab a stress ball, or get in touch with the SHAW (Student Health and Wellness Center) as well as ARC (Accessibility Resource Center).
Activities will include plant-potting, gratitude journals, puzzles and more!
