Julie Walker

Bio

Julie, the Career Services Advisor at SOIS, assists students with finding internship, fieldwork and job placements. She also arranges opportunities for students to meet with professionals in their field of interest and provides resources so students can successfully manage their career objectives.

Before coming to SOIS in 2013, she worked with high school and college service-learning projects to bring the Journey of Hope program - an educational presentation on HIV/AIDS prevention, compassion and testing featuring children and young adults impacted by the disease - to campuses across the country.

Julie enjoys providing encouragement and support to help students set and achieve their goals and to develop skills that will enrich their lives.
