Human Resources Business Partners and Shared Services operations staff provide services related to performance management and training to ensure the continued growth of UWM faculty and staff.
Services Provided:
Mandatory Trainings
Assist in tracking and monitoring completion of mandated training (e.g. Sexual Harassment, Data Security) for Shared Services population.
Performance Management
Standardize resources and materials for performance management. In collaboration with Employment and Compliance Services, advise on policies and procedures related to evaluations and performance improvement.
Succession Planning and Reorganization
Assistance regarding succession planning and reorganizations to optimize FTE use.
