Personal Information Updating via Self-Service
Effective April 1, 2021, UWM employees will temporarily lose the ability to update certain personal information items through self-service in the UW System portal. (https://my.uwm.edu/)
The following personal information items are affected:
- Home Address
- Mailing Address
- Contact Details (phone numbers and email)
- Release of Home Information
(Choosing whether or not to allow the University to release your home information to vendors and organizations for mailings and other information.)
Employees in need of making updates to their personal information items above may do so via the following:
Please complete the webform below. Access to this webform will require log in using ePantherID and second factor authentication (Duo). On the webform you will also need to enter your Employee ID number and School/College/Division; both of these items may be found on your earnings statement.
