Parking and Transit Account Carryover Requirements

UW System has announced a new requirement for carrying over balances in parking or transit accounts, from one year to the next.
From UW System:
To be eligible to carryover the balance in your account from 2023 to 2024, you must have a minimum balance of $50 in your account at the end of the run-out period (March 31, 2024) OR re-enroll for the 2024 plan year. If eligible, carryover will appear in your Parking and/or Transit Account on or around April 15.
Balances under $50 will be forfeited if you do not re-enroll for 2024.
Also, to be eligible to carryover parking and transit account balances, you must remain an active employee on December 31st.
