Well Wisconsin Will Be Hosting Health Screenings
The health screening satisfies the health check component, #2 of the three requirements mentioned above, to earn the $150 Well Wisconsin gift card.
The health screenings are only for employees and their spouses and you must bring your health insurance ID card.
