Emeritus Prof. William Holahan and Majid Maki Nayeri

Majid Maki Nayeri wins the William L. Holahan Prize for Outstanding Teaching Assistant of the year.

This is the fifth year of the prize established to commemorate Bill’s 40 years of service to the UWM economics department. No one taught as many students, for as long, as well.

We are delighted to present the Prize to Majid who receives great reviews from his students and the faculty he has taught for. Well done!
