The framework of inquiry guides our inquiry in distance education at micro and macro levels and reflects the complete process of distance education from a systems approach using a inputs, throughputs or process, and outputs framework.  It was developed by examining the research questions and variables provides by the experts in the field that attended the 2015 DETA Summit at ELI.
