The Client Services Specialist oversees the day to day operations of the Student Affairs Support (Help) Desk. This position ensures that all support issues are handled properly and resolved per any Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place with Student Affairs and specific departments. This position oversees the staffing, training and scheduling of the Support Desk student staff. This position is the liaison between the Support Desk and the UWM Help Desk and other technical areas and staff.
