  • Help Desk Consultants provide IT support for the campus community, working in the call center and at the GML Tech Desk. You’ll learn how to manage IT issues via our ticketing system and how to work with a wide range of users across multiple technology platforms via email, phone and in person.
  • Desktop Support Technicians provide support for hardware and software for the faculty and staff of the university. You’ll learn how to correct software and hardware problems, and you’ll get to help users all over campus.
  • Classroom Support Technicians provide support for technology and instructors in campus learning spaces. You’ll get to work with A/V equipment across campus and help your instructors and fellow students successfully view and listen to presentations, ceremonies and day to day classwork and lectures.
  • TechRepair Technicians provide support for personal devices for the campus community. You’ll get to troubleshoot and repair a large selection of personally owned student and staff desktop and laptop computers, running different operating systems.
