A UWM Alum, Jim brings over 20 years of professional experience, 16 of those here at UWM, to this position. Jim most recently served as director of the Letters and Science IT Office at UWM, and he has a demonstrated record of providing exceptional technology leadership for that area’s 1800+ faculty and staff in 25 departments and 35 centers. As Director of Campus Technology Support, Jim will bring together IT staff from six separate teams to build a new model of excellence in IT support for the campus community.
