Giwoski Farm against developer, A roll

Summary:

Audio track and video footage from a court appeal involving a beef-cattle farmer, Daniel Giwoski, against a developer wanting to lay a sewer line across his property. Forced to pay the assessment fee of the sewer line, Giwoski applied to the State Farm Land Preservation Act. A third party, the village of River Hills, is also rejects the developer’s sewer line. Footage shows the farmer’s beef cattle and pans of his farm followed by legal teams looking at photographs of the farm and Giwoski speaking in court.
